Job summary

BlueSprig Florida Autism Center is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship to launch your career in ABA therapy, with on-site support and opportunities for growth across our 140+ centers nationwide.

Start dates are immediate upon onboarding and background checks. We offer paid training, company-paid RBT certification, and a robust benefits package for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to sit, stand, crouch, and get on/off the floor frequently.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must obtain Florida Driver License before end of training.
• Fingerprinting for Florida Medicaid is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
