Job summary

Florida Autism Center, part of the BlueSprig family of companies, seeks a Behavioral Technician (BT/RBT) for a full-time role in Florida. You will provide ABA therapy, help children build communication and daily living skills, and work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, attendance, and punctuality.
• Must obtain a Florida driver's license before completing training.
• Florida Medicaid fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Communicate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Participate in training and professional development.
• Follow company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
