Job summary

BlueSprig's Florida Autism Center in Jacksonville is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to children with autism.

New hires receive comprehensive paid training, on-site BCBA support, and opportunities for advancement. Compensation includes $20.00–$22.00 per hour for billable RBT hours, plus a $200 bonus if you already hold an active RBT certification, and company-paid RBT certification.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Must obtain Florida Driver License before end of training.
• Fingerprinting for Florida Medicaid is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
