Job summary

BlueSprig Pediatrics, including the Florida Autism Center, is hiring Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time role. The position offers hourly pay of $19.00–$21.00 for billable hours, with a top rate up to $24.00/hour for Lead RBT plus tenure-based increases.

Fully paid training and RBT certification are provided, with benefits for eligible full-time staff. On-site opportunities, a structured schedule, and ongoing mentorship support from BCBA professionals

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, attendance, and punctuality.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for helping children.
• No ABA experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Communicate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Participate in training and professional development.
• Follow company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
