Job summary

BlueSprig's Florida Autism Center is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join a supportive team. We provide comprehensive paid training, mentorship, and real-time clinical guidance from an on-site BCBA, helping you grow professionally from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching and getting on/off the floor
• Passion for helping children and families
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Florida Driver's License required before end of training
• Fingerprinting for Florida Medicaid required

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients
• Collect and record data to track client progress
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for ongoing professional development
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards
