Job summary

To the Moon PLLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavior intervention services in Woodbridge, Virginia. This role focuses on implementing tailored intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, enhancing clients' behaviors through structured support.

Key responsibilities include direct client interaction, data collection, and collaboration with the behavioral team. Candidates must have a high school diploma, CPR/BLS certification, and preferably an RBT certification or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor’s preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience with individuals with behavioral challenges preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.
• Accurately record data on client behavior during sessions.
• Provide direct behavioral support to clients.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team on client progress.
• Maintain organized documentation of client progress.
• Assist in teaching new skills to clients.
