To the Moon PLLC in Falls Church, Virginia is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with behavioral challenges under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with the BCBA. Required qualifications include a high school diploma, CPR/BLS certification, and preferably RBT certification. Candidates must have strong interpersonal and analytical skills to effectively engage with clients and families. Qualifications
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require a bachelor's degree.
Current CPR and BLS certification is required.
40-hour RBT training is an onboarding requirement if RBT is not yet completed.
Tuberculosis screening from the last 12 months.
Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges is preferred.
Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.
Accurately record data on client behavior during sessions.
Provide direct support to clients during scheduled sessions.
Collaborate closely with the BCBA to discuss client progress.
Maintain documentation of client progress and behavior incidents.
Attend paid company trainings related to professional development.
