Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Hampton, Virginia, is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) who are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work 1:1 with clients in home, school, or community settings and implement ABA-based treatment plans with the support necessary for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children in various settings.
• Implement ABA treatment plans created by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
