Job summary

To the Moon PLLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide critical behavioral intervention services to clients. This role involves working closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, current CPR/BLS certification, and preferably RBT certification. The position may include home-based work or take place at a new clinic in Springfield, VA, supporting individuals with behavioral challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification is mandatory.
• RBT Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.
• Accurately record data on client behavior.
