A high school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications in CPR/BLS and RBT are preferred, ensuring readiness to handle emergencies and adhere to professional standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges is preferred.
• Strong observational and analytical skills to accurately collect and interpret behavioral data.
• Ability to physically support and interact with clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.
• Accurately record data on client behavior during sessions.
• Collaborate closely with the BCBA and team members.
