Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in-home and at our centers, with weekly supervision from a supervising BCBA and the clinical team.

You will collect data, run discrete trials, participate in supervision meetings, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Minimum 3 months' experience in ABA.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions.
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans.
• Participate in regular supervision meetings, skills coaching, and case reviews with your BCBA.
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with your clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
