VERITY BEHAVIORAL SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral therapy and support to children with developmental disabilities. You will implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and educate families.

The position requires RBT certification, strong communication, and ability to work in multiple settings (home, school, community). HIPAA compliance and teamwork are essential for quality client care.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Provide direct support to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Monitor and document client progress per HIPAA and policies.
• Educate clients and families on behavior management strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and reports.
• Assist in developing new treatment strategies based on client needs.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
