Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and individuals with developmental disabilities in person. You will implement ABA-based interventions, collect data, and support progress toward goals in various settings.

You will collaborate with BCBA supervision, families, and educators, ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation and compassionate care. RBT certification is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, particularly ABA.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation, and records management.
• Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards.
• A background in special education or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct support to clients in various settings.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Assist in assessments and intake processes to gather relevant information.
