Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

Responsibilities include providing direct ABA therapy, collecting data on treatment goals, collaborating with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and supporting families with strategies and progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

About the Role
