Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavioral Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes for children with autism in the Charlotte area. You will gather data, work under a BCBA, and help families apply behavior strategies to daily routines.

The role offers flexible part- or full-time hours, hands-on supervision, and training to advance in ABA. A strong passion for helping children and families is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation needed.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.
