Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Charlotte, NC is seeking an RBT/BT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy at clients' homes, helping children develop communication, social, and independence skills under expert supervision.

You will work with a supervising BCBA, collect data, and adapt behavior plans while supporting families with practical strategies and progress updates. Flexible shifts include afternoons/evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.
