Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT/BT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home for children with autism, helping them build communication, social, and independence skills. You’ll work under supervision from an experienced BCBA, receive hands-on mentorship, and contribute to positive outcomes for families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology/education a plus.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship.

Requirements
