Heartlinks ABA in Charlotte, NC is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings, helping children build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data on treatment goals, and share progress with families. Flexible full-time or part-time hours include afternoons and evenings, with ongoing support from the team.

Formación

• High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation to travel to home-based sessions.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.
