ABA Centers of America in Charlestown, MA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) for part-time work delivering ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics under BCBA supervision.

Starting rates are $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education. We provide paid training and a clear path for RBT certification and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress, maintain quality, and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
