Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Milford, MA is hiring Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Technician (BT) roles. Starting pay is $23.50/hour for RBT and $21.25/hour for BT, with compensation determined by experience and education.

The role includes paid training and a clear path for advancement, including support through our ABA Academy of Excellence to prepare for the RBT exam. We provide therapy across home, school, and community settings, guided by BCBA supervision to deliver

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Maintain accurate session data and progress notes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
