Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a compassionate RBT/BT to provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings in Westfield, NJ. The role focuses on helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills under supervision of BCBAs.

Training, certification support, and growth opportunities are offered. Applicants should have a high school diploma and experience with children; RBT certification or progress toward it is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children is required.
• Experience with autism/developmental disabilities is preferred.
• ABA, childcare, preschool, education, or behavioral health experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Support skill development and independence across everyday environments and routines.
• Accurately collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate observations and progress to the clinical team.
