Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking RBTs/BTs in Summit, NJ for in-home and community ABA services. Role includes 1:1 sessions, collaboration with BCBAs, data collection, and treatment implementation under supervision. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training are available.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and at least 1 year of ABA experience with autism, plus ability to pass background checks and health screenings. RBT certification support is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA and previous experience working with autism/developmental disabilities required.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for positions requiring travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, caregivers, teachers, and other team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, training, and professional development.
