Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in New Jersey is seeking an RBT or BT to deliver direct ABA services in home, school, and community settings, building essential communication and daily living skills.

You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data, and implement individualized treatment plans with evidence-based strategies, while growing your clinical skills and advancing toward certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between clients.
• Compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, and open to feedback.
• Comfortable working independently in home, school, and community environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies such as reinforcement, prompting, NET, DTT, and task analysis.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Support skill development and independence across everyday environments and routines.
• Accurately collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate observations and progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, caregivers, teachers, and other team members to provide consistent, high-quality care.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold all ethical and professional standards.
