Job summary

Therapeutic Learning Consultants seeks Behavior Technicians in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. Earn $23–$32 per hour as an RBT, with sign-on bonus. We offer paid training, support for certification, and a friendly, growth-minded team.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll support BAs by implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and attending team meetings, while engaging children with autism through effective, evidence-based strategies. On-site and remote training available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with children; ABA experience and RBT certification preferred.
• Willing to commute to clients' homes, schools, or community settings to implement treatment objectives.
• Paid training and support for career development in Behavior Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist Behavior Analysts with implementing treatment plans.
• Collect data on targeted skills and progress.
• Attend clinical team meetings and contribute to planning.
