Therapeutic Learning Consultants (TLC) is hiring multiple Behavior Technicians, full-time and part-time, to support children on the autism spectrum in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. Compensation ranges from $23 to $32 per hour with a sign-on bonus for RBTs.

Technicians work with Behavior Analysts to implement treatment plans, collect data, and participate in clinical team meetings. We offer paid training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing study in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children and ABA concepts is advantageous.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Behavior Analysts with implementing treatment plans.
• Collect data on targeted skills and progress.
• Attend clinical team meetings to discuss client progress.
• Support clients in language, play, social and adaptive skills development.
