Job summary

Therapeutic Learning Consultants in California is hiring full-time and part-time Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children on the autism spectrum. You will work with a Behavior Analyst to implement treatment plans, collect data, and participate in clinical team meetings.

No prior experience is required for entry-level roles; paid training, on-site and remote training hours toward certification, and a supportive, growth‑oriented culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or enrollment in Psychology, Education, or related program preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience with children; ABA experience and RBT certification preferred.
• Patience, empathy and passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Assist Behavior Analysts with implementing treatment plans and evidence-based strategies.
• Collect data on targeted skills and progress.
• Attend clinical team meetings and support client sessions.
