Job summary

Therapeutic Learning Consultants is hiring Full Time and Part Time Behavior Technicians in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. The role involves assisting Behavior Analysts to implement treatment plans, collect data, and support clients in homes, schools, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or enrollment in Psychology, Education, or a related program preferred.
• At least 6 months of previous experience working with children; ABA experience and Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Positive attitude and great communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and reliable transportation.
• Willing to commute to clients' homes, schools, or community settings.
• Current TB screening, background check clearance, and immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Behavior Analysts with implementing treatment plans and data collection.
• Use evidence-based strategies targeting language, play, social, and adaptive skills.
• Attend clinical team meetings and support client care in the field.
