Job summary

Therapeutic Learning Consultants (TLC) is hiring Behavior Technicians (RBT) for the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. The role supports Behavior Analysts, implements evidence-based strategies, and collects data on skills while attending team meetings.

We offer paid training, entry to experienced levels, and a sign-on bonus. Compensation ranges up to $32/hr DOE, with flexible scheduling and benefits in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or enrollment in Psychology, Education, or a related program preferred.
• At least 6 months of previous experience working with children; ABA experience and Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Positive attitude and fun through play.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with children.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Willing to commute to clients' homes, schools, or community settings to implement treatment objectives.
• Current TB screening.
• Background check clearance upon hire; Evidence of immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Behavior Analysts with implementing treatment plans for children.
• Collect data on targeted skills and progress.
• Attend clinical team meetings and contribute to planning.
