Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hold or obtain a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within 60 days of employment.
• Experience working with students with behavior or mental health issues.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA/BCaBA direction.
• Assist in lesson plan implementation and small group instruction.
• Collect data and report student progress; maintain data records.
• Communicate with staff and parents as instructed by the teacher.
• Support crisis interventions and maintain a safe classroom environment.
