Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to support children in a clinical setting. You will follow tailored treatment plans, collect session data, and facilitate learning through play and interactive activities.

This full-time position offers daytime hours, competitive pay based on education and ABA experience, and opportunities for advancement through our Everest program toward BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and mobile work.
• Commitment to teamwork and growth within ABC.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow.
