Qualifications

• Ability to pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism in home and community settings.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments.
• Collect, organize, and summarize data during sessions.
• Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
