Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health is seeking dedicated RBT staff to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with ASD in a clinic- and home-based setting across North Carolina. You will work under in-person BCBA supervision with lower caseloads, ensuring access to guidance, coaching, and real-time support throughout your day.

The role offers consistent, weekday schedules (no weekends) with full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days — paid training provided).
• Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings (ABA, childcare, education, or related fields).
• Ability to think on your feet, stay engaged, and create a positive, interactive environment for children.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between settings if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Interact with clients and caregivers throughout sessions.
• Create engaging, fun, and motivating learning environments for children.
• Collaborate daily with your clinical team.
