Kind Behavioral Health, LLC in North Carolina is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement BCBA-designed intervention plans, collect progress data, and create engaging learning environments.

This hands-on role requires energy, empathy, and teamwork in a clinic-home-community setting. Full-time and part-time positions are available; a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or willingness to obtain within 90 days (paid training provided).
• Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings (ABA, childcare, education, or related fields).
• Ability to think on your feet, stay engaged, and create a positive, interactive environment for children.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Interact with clients and caregivers throughout sessions; create engaging, fun, and motivating learning environments for children.
• Collaborate daily with your clinical team.
