Kind Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in a clinic-based setting in North Carolina. You’ll receive in-person BCBA supervision, a lower caseload, and real-time coaching as part of a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days – paid training provided)
• Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings required (ABA, childcare, education, or related fields)
• Ability to think on your feet, stay engaged, and create a positive, interactive environment for children
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
• Interact with clients and caregivers throughout sessions
• Create engaging, fun, and motivating learning environments for children
• Collaborate daily with your clinical team
