Kind Behavioral Health, LLC in Asheville, NC is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement plans created by a BCBA, collect data, and engage families to support progress in clinic, home, and community settings.

The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekend work, and a strong emphasis on team support, ongoing training, and professional development within an established North Carolina clinic.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) — paid training provided.
• Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings (ABA, childcare, education, or related fields).
• Ability to think on your feet, stay engaged, and create a positive, interactive environment for children.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Interact with clients and caregivers throughout sessions; create engaging, fun, and motivating learning environments.
• Collaborate daily with your clinical team.
