Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health, LLC seeks dedicated RBTs to join our clinic-based team in North Carolina. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD under BCBA supervision and collect data to track progress.

We offer a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth as you advance from RBT to senior roles within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, or related fields.
• Ability to create a positive, interactive environment for children.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Interact with clients and caregivers during sessions.
• Collaborate daily with clinical team.
