Job summary

Sunray ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team under the supervision of a BCBA. You will provide 1:1 therapy in home, school, or clinic settings, implement treatment plans and BIPs, and collect client progress data.

You will collaborate with families and team members, participate in supervision and ongoing training, and adhere to BACB ethical guidelines. Flexible scheduling and local travel opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RBT certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards outlined by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).
