Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy for children with autism in clinics, homes, or community settings. You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA and help track progress through data collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s in human services preferred.
• Must be comfortable working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (walking, running, lifting up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication with clients' families; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team.
