Job summary

ABA Centers of Florida is seeking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) professionals to support individuals with autism across homes, community, or new centers in Gainesville, FL. Beginning pay is $19.35/hour for BTs and $21.40/hour for RBTs, with final compensation determined by experience and credentials.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age (21+ if in New Jersey)
• Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and car insurance for in-home services
• Clean background/drug screenings and driving record
• BT: attend 40-hour RBT training and pass RBT exam within 45 days
• RBT: attend required paid training program

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism in the home, community, or centers
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments
• Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions
• Collaborate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training
• Implement training sessions designed by a BCBA
• Communicate with RBTs, BCBAs, families, and team members to support client needs
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
