ABA Centers of Florida in Ocala, FL is hiring Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Starting pay ranges from $19.35/hour (BT) to $21.40/hour (RBT) with final compensation based on experience and credentials. Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.

• BT: complete 40-hour RBT training and pass the exam within 45 days.
• RBT: complete required training program.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism in homes, communities, or centers.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based methods.
• Collect and summarize session data for review.
• Collaborate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
• Implement sessions designed by a BCBA and communicate with families.
