Job summary

ABA Centers of Florida in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT). The role offers starting pay of $19.35/hour for BTs and $21.40/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience and credentials.

Paid training, ABA Academy of Excellence, and ongoing career support are provided. We offer growth opportunities, scholarships to Temple University for a Master’s in ABA, BCBA Apprentice Program, and chances to advance to leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism in the home, in the community, or in our centers.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments.
• Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions.
• Collaborate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
• Implement sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Communicate with families and team members to support client needs.
• Performs other clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support operations
