Job summary

ABA Centers of Florida is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians in Gainesville, FL. We provide paid training through the ABA Academy of Excellence and offer clear pathways for advancement within a growing healthcare team.

Starting pay is $19.35/hour for BTs and $21.40/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience, training, and credentials. You will support individuals with autism and participate in data collection and therapy sessions across home, center,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT training and pass the exam within 45 days of hire.
• Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid license to provide in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism in homes, communities, or centers.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based methods.
• Collect, organize, and summarize data during sessions.
• Collaborate with clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
• Implement sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members.
