Job summary

The Behavior Doc LLC in Charlottesville, VA seeks Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement behavior programs 1:1 with clients in home, school, and community settings. Training and supervision are provided by a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA).

Ideal candidates have experience with individuals with special needs, a strong willingness to learn, and an interest in pursuing a career in applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must complete 40-hour RBT training and pass the exam; costs covered.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain CPRT certification.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement behavior programming 1:1 with clients.
• Work in home, school, and community settings as assigned.
• Receive hands-on training and weekly supervision.
• Assist with data collection and progress tracking.
