Job summary

Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home, community-based, or daycare ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and use positive reinforcement to improve the client’s quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be RBT certified or willing to become certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in the community, or at a daycare center.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to make data-driven decisions and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Assist in training caregivers and family members on behavior techniques.
• Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for the client.
• Maintain professional, respectful, and compassionate interactions with clients and their families.
