Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. The role involves in-home and community-based interventions under BCBA supervision and ongoing professional development.

You will collect data, communicate with analysts, and maintain progress notes to track client progress. The position offers competitive pay and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• Registered Behavior Technician credential required.
• Experience with children or ABA is preferred.
• Clear background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators for timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain records to monitor client progress.
