Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism under a BCBA supervisor. You will provide in-home and community-based interventions and collect data to track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions leveraging ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress.
