Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families and update progress within the ABA framework.
• Participate in ongoing training and development in ABA therapy and RBT certification.
