Great Strides ABA in Humble, TX is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our mission-driven team. You will implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center settings, helping children grow and learn.

The position offers $25.00-$28.00 per hour, with data collection, prompt documentation in Rethink, and opportunities for professional development and advancement toward BCBA supervision. We value compassion, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; RBT certification mandatory.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience with children.
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under multiple demands with interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center settings.
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
• Maintain fidelity to individualized BIPs.
• Participate in new hire check-in process (7-day & 30-day).
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA.
