Great Strides ABA in Texas is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to help implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center settings. The role supports families and children with compassionate care and data-driven sessions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• RBT Certification required.
• Preferred: 2+ years working with children.
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings.
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
• Maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Participate in the 7-day & 30-day new hire check-in process.
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA.
