Job summary

Therapy & Beyond, a leading BCBA-owned ABA organization, is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents under BCBA supervision. Positions available as full-time or part-time (10:30am-3:30pm). We assist you through the RBT certification process.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completed High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
